Stunning opening of
Las Piedras Villas & Hotel Fasano in Punta del Este This is the first Beach & Country resort in the country, the most exclusive and sophisticated development in the area, sprawling over 480 paradisiacal hectares, only a few minutes away from La Barra. This ambitious real estate project achieves that unique blend of countryside and coastline, supported by the rare engineering concepts of the real-estate developer JHSF and the distinctive seal of the Fasano hotels and restaurants, ranked among the top 50 in the world, and as Number 1 in Latin America. Rogério Fasano, one of the leaders of this fabulous project, remarks: “I am not only impressed by the real estate boom in Punta del Este, but also by the quality of the architecture, which has followed the pace of this process with a contemporary style without neglecting the quality of life. Punta del Este is, and will always be a paradise in the full sense of the word: beauty, sea, country and peace”. The first phase of the project was inaugurated on
December 26, namely the Hotel and the two restaurants
– “Las Piedras” and “Fasano” – that maintain the same
strict quality standards of the Brazilian chain.
This is the first Fasano Hotel outside Brazil, and was
entirely conceived for this specific setting, since
it combines low construction density, exclusiveness,
sprawling green spaces and a high environmental conservation
index. Even though the bungalows are stunning enough on their own, the Lobby and the Main House, the bar and the Fasano cuisine, the Spa, the Pool Bar, the golf links, the landscaping; nature and the atmosphere at dusk, together with the service fully focused on the attention to detail, end up charming the hotel guests and owners. JHSF Executive President José Auriemo Neto states that Punta del Este has consolidated its position as the ultimate international destination in South America. “We were looking for a property to develop a hotel and real estate project. Our requirements were: a setting with abundant nature and remarkable beauty, exclusiveness, and at the same time close to a location with a life of its own (such as La Barra in this case) and with international flair”. Rogério Fasano and José Auriemo Neto never doubted the great real estate potential and they both shared a common vision. A first-class development, as evidenced by the foreign investment statistics that confirm that Punta del Este is considered one of the most attractive sites in the area. With a total investment of 100 million dollars throughout all its stages, the marketing of Las Piedras Villas & Hotel Fasano in Punta del Este has been organized in three strategic phases, and will be managed by Terramar Christie’s Great Estates in Uruguay. Las Piedras Villas & Hotel Fasano will have 28 Villas Fasano and 40 farms, as well as the recently launched Hotel Fasano with 32 bungalows. Having begun sales in January 1 are already sold 26 of the 28 units.
